No. Pro tier maps hit 60–80% phone coverage on most verticals — the rest is email, IG DM or in-person. Coverage varies by industry and country. We always tell you the actual coverage rate before delivery.
Yes. We use public business directory data including OpenStreetMap and other publicly available web sources, cross-referenced for accuracy. All B2B contact information, all from public listings. We never scrape consumer data, never touch private records, never collect personal information without consent.
Optional Quarterly Refresh — $97/month. Every 90 days we re-pull the data and ship you a refreshed map. Before each refresh, you export your status backup with one click, send us the file, and we import your visit history into the new map so nothing is lost.
