These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase of any product or service from Door Knock Maps, a trading name of Stonegate Partners Pty Ltd (ABN 21 695 914 660), ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you accept these Terms.
When you order a Door Knock Maps product, you are purchasing a custom-built deliverable: typically an interactive HTML map file, an accompanying CSV data file, and an outreach reference document, scoped to one or more business verticals and one or more geographic regions you specify at the time of order.
The exact scope of each tier (Starter Map, Pro Map, Custom) is described on doorknockmaps.com at the time of your order, and that description forms part of these Terms.
The maps include information from publicly available business directories. While we take reasonable care to deliver accurate data, we do not guarantee that every record is current — businesses open, close, and change details over time. We provide coverage estimates (phone, website, address) but do not guarantee specific coverage percentages on any individual order.
You agree not to use the maps or any data we provide:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach activities comply with all applicable laws.
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 7, our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with these Terms or your order is limited to the total amount you paid for the order in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental loss, including lost profits, loss of business, or loss of revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the maps or data.
If you have purchased a recurring add-on (such as Quarterly Refresh), you can cancel at any time by emailing hello@doorknockmaps.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
See our Refund Policy for the conditions under which we offer refunds.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we both submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
If a dispute arises, we both agree to attempt to resolve it in good faith by direct communication before commencing any formal proceedings.
If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full force.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order is the version that applies to your order.
