We want every Door Knock Maps customer to get genuine value from their order. This Refund Policy explains when and how we provide refunds, and how Australian Consumer Law applies regardless of the policy below.
Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we check whether your selected vertical and region returns a viable result set (typically at least 50 businesses) from our data sources. If it doesn't:
If we haven't delivered your map within 14 business days of your order being received and scope confirmed, you may request a full refund.
Because each map is a custom-built deliverable produced specifically for your order, we generally do not offer refunds after delivery for change of mind. However:
You can cancel a Quarterly Refresh subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused portions, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

If we can't agree on a refund outcome, we both agree to attempt good-faith resolution by direct communication first. You retain all rights under Australian Consumer Law, including the right to lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading or the ACCC.
